I Drove through this carefully in the Van yesterday to save a long detour and barely caused a ripple.

This young Tit driving a Tractor through it has gone viral on Tinternet and caused huge outrage at the local Council etc apparently?

If they cleared the gulleys and drains, we would not be having half these issues.

Fecking councils, largely made up of little jumped up Hitlerites, mostly retired, who led insignificant lives in low end jobs, who are now acting out their fantasies with a little bit of power vested in them by about 5% of the voting electorate on a 15% turnout.

Have drains and sewers ever been updated since built, or just repaired ?
Think that may be a major problem.
Well that and allowing building on flood plains, and allowing building too much in greenbelt areas.
Oh and a lot of rain.
And folk wetting themselves for no apparent reason.
