This is of my own creation
I made 4 of them originally to be used as lifting plates for moving my old shed by crane, but, as that never happened I had them spare.
As you can see it makes an ever so strong securing point in the man cave for my pride and joy.

Think If it were me I would do something with those exposed nuts, "some undesirable" would have that off the wall in seconds with a hand drill and a socket, very quietly too. The ones I use are Allen key heads, then you hammer a ball bearing into them after you are done. You just hope you don't wanna move it, but then, that's the idea ;)

Nice job on the brackets :)

Just split the head with a hacksaw then drive a chisel in there to spread the end. If someone wants it bad enough they'll have it no matter what you do.

Showing your age there Loz! :p

Looks can be deceptive Graeme..I have a 5kg SDS drill and the holes took a heap of drilling..them bricks are rock hard...
Plus I filled the holes with resin before I hammered the anchors in...they won't budge...;)

Floor is not always the best option if you have a long chain as you then have an anvil to do your best!
