Yes, after a brilliant year and much fun (and money spent) I'm going to sell my VERY trick 2007 Fireblade that was previously owned and race by Steve Brogan in the 2007 Superstock championship. Following his sale of this it was campaigned on the Irish roads scene and TT and completed a 125mph lap of the island circuit, in 2010 it was sold to a gentleman who bought it with the intention of racing it but it was too quick for him! At this point I bought it in Febuary of this year and have run it all year without issue! 2007 Tengo Honda BSB Fireblade. Superstock Engine, 160BHP 79lb/ft Tq, PC3, Full factory Micron 'Roads' Spec TI system, K&N Filters, Honda UK Racing Superstock Race Loom, HRC Bellmouths, HRC Kit Genny, HRC Base & Head Gaskets, Sigma Factory spec slipper clutch, HRC Kit Showa 'A' Shock, Bitubo Front Fork Cartridges , HRC Kit Swinging Arm with Quick Release System, Underslung Brembo Caliper, PVM 16.5 Wheels, Braking Discs, Brembo Brake & Clutch Master Cylinders, HRP Rearsets, HRC Overflow Bottles, Harris front Subframe, Carbon Kevlar bodywork, HRC Screen, HRC quick release fairing brackets. Bendix pads front and brembo soft pads rear, Fully Lockwired and ACU compliant Recent set of Pirelli 16.5's, bike was completely refreshed march 2010, all it requires is the belly pan touched up and new TENGO stickers applied, I can get these from original source, Spraybay Racepaint, should the buyer require so. Overall this is one of the best Spec 2007 fireblades you will find left in one Piece, this bike has been raced twice this year and was piloted to a podium at the Anglesey round of the michelin power cup, bike is fully lock wired and ready to race! Only selling as planning to do a control tyre series and as such i can't run 16.5's! I've already been offered good money to break it, but I haven't got the time or the inclination to do so given its history, I'd much rather see a 1000RR member buy it and carry on putting it to good use for a good while longer! £7500 with both sets of 16.5 wheels, a 2 lap old set of Pirelli slicks on dry wheels and one day old Pirelli 16.5 wets on wide track wet wheels.
Good luck with the sale. I'd have thought with the HRC gaskets and bellmouths it'd have returned more than 160bhp. Wouldn't mind a few bits from the bike if it was being broken LOL
Its a box fresh standard motor though, the head hasn't even been touched! The old toyed with motor was on its last legs so I p/x'd it out for the current lump.
HRP.. Honda Racing Products, made by Honda UK Racing in Louth. Get ready to remortgage your house for a set though! Oh, bump! 6450 without spare wheels. A lot of kit & unobtamium for the money!
