This i what i went with, Vino done this first and put me onto it. Trust me this works but HAVE to stick to the plan and what they say, my mate has lost 9 & 1/2 stone and kept it off ; good luck


or you could try this Remal, unsure how successful this method is but the compression and suction may very well be of some benefit. ( if this is too risqué my apologies and please remove)
