I'm sending the bike off at the end of the month to get the valve clearances done and have the bike set-up at Holeshot Racing (better known as Jack Frost, the guy that builds 1000bhp V8's out of 'Busa motors)

Anyone wanna play a guessing game of the actual RWHP figure?

    2006 CBR1000RR - stock motor
    K+N filters
Standard plugs fitted at 16k (20K on the bike now)
Full titanium Arrow system (ex-Stobart Honda)
    O2 eliminator
    PCiii
PAIR blanked off and flapper mod done

Last time I'd the bike set-up with the Micron full system, it made 159.something (will confirm later when I find the dyno sheet.

No idea, do DynoJet do their own dyno? Here's the link to his Dyno-Testing section.

I'm not bothered with the number as I know the figure itself is subjective to so many variables.

He fabricated a full system for a mates B-King using Arrow hearders, Zard end-cans and a custom link pipe to put the 2 together and set it up with 192RWHP. A week later it went back for another run and it put out 188, so even the same dyno has different numbers. BTW, the B-King is going in for a 1440cc conversion to get the bike to 200RWHP.

Pass, as you say they all change from day to day but one thing some may not know is the correction factor on the chart. Correction factors are DIN ,SAE , STD , UNCORRECTED. 129 SAE hp is the same as 132-133 DIN corrected hp.. Interested to know what it makes mate.. :)

I'm gonna go with 164.7. A friends RR7 was set-up at the same place a few years ago with practically the same set-up and he'd 170.

Definately a guess LOL I'll get a scan of the graph when the bike is back. The bike isn't going to him until I'm back from the NEC in a fortnight. Need to strip the bike before dropping it off too.

Bike is getting picked up in the morning. I know what the results are, but I'll post the scan when I get it.

No typo, got a text on Tuesday night to tell me the bike was ready. The map I had on the bike was a generic one from the Dynojet site and it wasn't too far off, but all the fuelling was tweaked to get it it just right. Can't wait to get the bike home, but I'll be doing the head bearings tomorrow so I'll not be out until Sunday/Monday depending on the weather.

Here's the results. Standard map wasn't too bad, but a tweak across the range found another 5bhp and 83 pound of torque.
