    hi all,

for some who use the nix30 cart kit or full Ohlins fork in their 08/12 fork, which spring are you using for your weight ?

I ve bought recently some nix30 fork wit 0,9 springs inside, bike turn like beast, but seems to be a little soft on the big push and working on the end of the travel.

Logic would dictate you need 9.5NM springs or a combo of 9.0/9.5 or 9.5/10.0 on the front.

So i ve finally put 2 10Nm in each leg.

Hard to find the good front set up !

    I ve good sag with 8T preload / reb 10 / comp 12.

But the front tire have a really strange wear .....

The tire after 1000 miles of hard riding, first time i see it, is used like a " triangle "

I will post a pic now, after around 1800 kms.

The rear is wearing perfect, so the issue is from the front :

I'm thinking is perhaps this tire which is like that but i find it strange.

As always, my front tire never shows this type of wear.

And now its a little more used, i have an " edge / steps" on the lean edge of the tire which i'm not in confidence with big corner entry .

Sorry hard to explain my feeling is your language lolls.

It's more like the geometry of the front... It's ploughing the front.

Raise the rear or drop the front should help it out.

Mine was all over show, raised the rear and softened up the front and was fine.

Here's my front after one q and 1 race

That tyre was 30 mins old :(
