firstly sorry guy i haven't been on here a while has alot going off.... anyway come to my bike and notice abit of oil seap from the forks as i was planning on sending them in for maintenance i was wondering is it worth changing the springs in them. The bikes got 20k on it and i am a chunky monkey, weighning in at 17 1/2 stone in my birthday suit. Any recommendation on spring weigh or brand? thanks as always
Spring rate wise your gonna be looking at around the 11 mark. Best thing to do though once you decide where/who to get them from is to just double check what they recommend for your. I found the ohlins springs to be a lot lighter in weight to the likes of the K-Tech springs.
