Evening everyone. I'm saying from the off, IT isn't my bag, & what I've learned is only from here and that there's much cleverer peeps pertaining to the world wide web amongst us who's valuable input will as always be very welcome. Not very often I get my serious head on but I though I'd give it a try tonight. Seems the forum is getting quite a bit of activity of late, new members joining which is a good thing! Sadly not all want to discuss everything pertaining to Mr Honda and just use it to spam etc! Unfortunatly we can't monitor the forum 24hrs a day, mind you we do have a good go, but our absence can potentially give a few hours a day open window for mischief makers should they choose too? Rob has always kept security of the actual forum maintained to a high standard, but the odd ones still slip through the net 'see what I did there' and will use membership as a kind of back door to gain information from the forum and it's members. From what I've read The main reason most unscrupulous peeps join Is........ Harvesting emails Password Cracking Spamming And general geeky little shits with nothing else better to do with their time So if you happen to come across a message in your PM, or on your wall or even a spammy looking post, would you be as kind to use the report it button, this in turn notifies mods and admin by email and we can deal with it ASAP If you feel your password could be easily Hacked/unlocked? perhaps consider a change just to be on the cautious side I've added a couple of links for those if like me are left bewildered by all this mumbo jumbo stuff for further reference should you feel the urge?
