Hi guys! There is a desire to remove the protective arc and put on your CBR1000RR 08 sliders in the frame. Since the plastic has already been cut - I'm looking for sliders just like that. Tell me which model to look at with a slider so that it looks good too?
And who set himself Evotech? Cut version https://www.ebay.ie/itm/EVOTECH-SLI...5-SAVE-SUMP-/153089410156?hash=item23a4d7046c
Going to install Shogun frame sliders. Tell me, with what effort you need to tighten the bolt? Need a sealant?
You'll have to read the instructions and get their recommended torque setting. Here, I saved you the effort because I don't want you to wreck your bike! http://www.manualsdir.com/manuals/258506/shogun-motorsports-honda-cbr1000rr-08-12-frame-slider.html
There was a similar question yesterday about R & G sliders who recommend 40 Nm. For your own protection though, I think you'd be wise to email Shogun with your query.
If anyone needs a torque for Shogun Motorsports frame sliders and the like: N·m (kgf·m , Ibf·ft) 64 (6.5, 47) Do I need a sealant on the bolt? This question remains open.
