Mine is not functioning properly. Is difficult to fit a new one? How long to do?

Have you tested it first with a multimeter? Need to check for continuity across the connections when pressing in the button

How do you get at the small phillips screw? Do you need an extra long screw driver?

It's underneath the brake lever assembly. A short screw driver is all you need.

Have a look and see for yourself. It ain't hard

Located it. But I can't get enough purchase on it. Slightly worried about stripping the phillips screw. I think it must be "glued " in. I will try again today. If no success, then Mr Honda.

Sorted with the aide of WD40. Question, when I put the new one on, should I use some locktite?
