If you have only just received the bike it should be covered by the warranty as it should be fit for purpose

Consumables will not be covered but even though a Disc is classed as a consumable it should at least be functional for a few months or so.

    Take it back and complain!

Oh, and it's 'Brakes' not 'Breaks'! ;)

i got the bike back guys
seems like old owner when they were installing the braided brake hoses they over tightened it and cracked something on the caliper and they replaced it
but after ridding back home i have the same judder again even though brakes feel amazingly strong now they must have bleed the system or whatever

took the bike staight back and got mechanic to ride the bike and he says rr04 models can have little bit of judder and advised me to ride it little bit and than we can go from there

judder is only happening if you pump the brakes as you stopping
squeze release squeeze and release again before you come to stop it judders only happens at low speed

    anybody knows anything
    did you experience this problem??
i said i will ride it for few days and than if still happens i need it sorted
mechanic said if sales manager authorities then they can fit new discs.

spoken to sales manager and he said thanks for making him aware and we will see what to do after i rode it for few days

i will be working in Cheltenham for 3 days i will be putting some miles in i am sure i will still have judder

please share me what you thinking

mine seemed little hard to move i could not move few of them at all
i will take the bike for a ride and than claen with brake cleaner lets see if will help

as the rotor gets hot expands and leaving more room for buttoms to move when cold i think is normal to be little rough
    i believe will see

As Sinewave said tried cleaning the floats, even if it doesn't fully solve the problem it will probably help reduce it.

these are semi floating disks for a start, fully floating physically move and rattle, you can actually move the disks with your hands.

I for one cant see how this would work because all they are is an expansion point for when the disks heat up, why would that make it judder?

    Simple mechanics Carlo!

If a few of the 'Buttons' sieze in one direction and the next few or opposite buttons sieze in the other direction the disc is now out of True by a tadge and hence vibration is felt which is often misdiagnosed as a Warped Disc at great expense.

Yes i see your point. what about if used the brakes heavily heating them up for example on track would that not break them free?

No, once they've siezed only option is the Video route or a full strip
