Hi anyone removed the fuel cap from a 2008 blade I took the tank off and was told that it is easier to remove the fuel cap to put it back on something to do with the rubber seal

Cap or tap? The rubber seal that sits around the plastic tank cover can be a pain but just rub some silicone spray or wd40 on it prior to installation and it goes on easily

I use a smear of vaseline on it which makes it easier as said.
