You did retrun the kill switch to the run position? o_O

I remember when I bought my 2015 bike the dealer bloke told me that the blades were unusual in that the engine will still turn with the kill switch set to off.

It's not beyond me to do such a thing, but yes I remembered to re-establish the switch to it's run position.
    Thanks
    Mick.

I had trouble with my kill switch last year on my 2015. I had routinely been using it when waiting at long sets of lights etc. Then suffered the same experience as you a few times although it would start eventually. I cleaned out the kill switch and vowed never to touch it again. I only use the key now.

Perhaps take it apart and bypass it to rule it out.

Solved it, The kill switch thing was a good pointer, It was a bad connection. Prob the sit over winter, anyway all sorted and I've got a spare relay to take just in case.

    Thanks All

Yes the kill switch really is crap, I actually considered replacing the starter/kill switch assembly with an after market one. The bike must have heard me and felt threatened, its been fine ever since.
