Hi Guys after recommendation used these guys http://www.fwr.co.uk/shop/tyres they are very friendly despite being super busy they took couple of minutes to chat about my tyres and my options and his recommendations definitely recommend them
after having the bike for 2 weeks commuting i could not tell anytgin wrong even thoug my hero lines were not as good as before finally had a private road to open up throttle and realised they could not balance my tyres took the bike ack in and the guy was asking if i fitted the weight myself as the bbike did not need weights poor service from FWR how can you not balance a tyre man ??/
Would recommend them to anyone. Great to deal with. Sorry for you experience tazmania but you have to be very unlucky for that to have happened and i do find it hard to believe from FWR. Just to declare that i do know Bob but still wouldn't recommend someone if they were providing a poor service.
i believe they give good service and good place to go to and i would go again still doesnt change the fact that they messed up and noone even turned around to say sorry i had to waste my day off to go there again.
