Hi there anyone else have Galfer brake lines ? Installed some yesterday on my 2012 cbr1000rr with a Brembo RCS, 2 line setup whichever way round i try the banjos they and line seem to obstuct the top caliper bolt. Bike is going to mainly a track bike so wheel changes will be a nightmare if i cant get the socket on to take caliper off. .. They do bend back but they could do with bending a little outwards aswell any ideas.

    Cheers Lee

    Hi Lee.
have you definitely fitted the shorter line to the RH calliper?
It does sound like they are on the wrong sides.
However, this has been an issue with HEL lines being made up incorrectly in the past.

Do all of the banjos have bends in them, or does 1 side of the line have a bent banjo, and the other have a straight banjo. If so then its possible the bent side will go to the master cylinder and the straight side will go to the calliper.

Ps I made this mistake all but a week ago on the SP

All banjo bent back but not the side got too fooked off with them ive changed loads and these were just not right and with taking bike to track didnt want to mess about when changing to wets etc . So they went back and ordered some Hel ones with the proper bend in them lot of hassle and Brembo lcf600 grrrrr. Hel top galfers underneath
