    I'll try and put a little write up, can't promise anything with film.
    Although I filmed every session the mount was quite high and there's a heck of a lot vibration :(

    Sadly after spending session 5 in my company, Mick the No Limits instructor wouldn't share your views Kevin.
    He said I'm a lazy Cnut & need to get off the bike more ;)

    Apart from that, he reckoned everything else is coming along nicely :)
