    Hi Scratcher

The clutch bite seems to be in the correct place at about half way. Can I ask what you mean by Bleed?

First thing I'd check is your drive chain tension. If it's too slack or too tight it can affect how easy the gears slot in.

Sounds like your boots need breaking in.

Maybe try adjusting the gear lever to suit your boots.

P.S. Scratcher was talking about bleeding the hydraulic clutch, but yours is cable (which he also covered with "cable adjustment"

if all else fails there is a number of things like
worn return springs or a slightly bent selector fork
right down to a clutch dragging.
