getting into the bike industry any tips? :)

Hey everyone finally decided to start chasing dreams anyone in the bike industry if so any chance I could ask how did you get into it and any tips or advice,

finally decided to look for a new job as my current place owe me 4k for the hours I've worked to minimum wage and are trying to underpay me 10k for what I'm doing haha, been doing litho print and pre press as my main role so pretty savvy computer wise but dealt with customers a lot to was thinking maybe parts,

any advise or tips would be amazing and much appreciated
