You have rr5 don't you? Where the stock exhaust joins the headers (just past the cat, by your right footpeg) it needs a thick gasket... at least that was the case on my rr7.

yep you will need a gasket.

If you can not find a 02 sensor if may be cheaper to bung the hole and fit a eliminator

Just refitted my standard can, it had a carbon covered wire gasket still inside the neck where it joins the collector from the headers, I also needed to refit the O2 sensor and unplug the O2 eliminator and plug the O2 sensor back in where it unplugged.

Assuming you've got standard headers, you'll need an exhaust gasket as has already been mentioned unless this is still in standard can (more likely it was stuck to the headers when the standard can was removed and prised off to make way for the Leo Vince).

As for the O2 sensor, depending on the Leo Vince and how it was fitted, this should be in there already - simply unscrew the sensor from the Leo Vince and screw in to the standard exhaust. If you don't currently have an O2 sensor on the bike, blank the hole on the standard can with a bolt and continue without - you will probably have an O2 sensor eliminator on there too preventing a light on the dash if that is the case.

If you are looking to return completely to standard however, you'll also want to hook up the EGCA cable (for the exhaust flap) under the seat - plenty of threads on here and elsewhere on how to remove, and refitting is the reverse :)
