Want to convert my Go Pro files so they will play on a DVD player but having no luck....

Can convert the files using the Go Pro editing software to either Mpeg 4 or avi. files which I then copy to a DVD-R disc but the DVD player does not recognise this format..

any help would be much appreciated...

    thanks

Windows movie maker should be able to take your files and convert to dvd format, you can even put a menu and chapters in as have used it to make compilations of footage in the past

Windows movie maker works for me. But putting stuff onto a DVD has passed due to the amount I have on my Go pro. Movie maker will convert your files as said ready to be burned onto a DVD or I make a movir and put this onto a SD card or external HD and watch in via the USB on my TV
