Going to be a long 24/48 hours

    Sat here in Lincoln maternity hospital, the wife is being induced today for our first child, been warned its a long process, have mcn, superbike and PB mag to keep me going! Oh and the forum!

    Never having had the experience of what an expectant dad feels like, I can only imagine your excitement is similar to when I had the blade delivered?

    good luck to you both mate. my wife was induced first time and it was over in 6 hours so fingers crossed you wont be there too long. as for how you feel its an amazing experience. i cried like a baby when my boy popped out but then i had just lost my mum 2 days previous so was an emotional wreck. all the best and keep us posted!!

    Thanks lads, induced at 10am and not much happening still! Warned it could take a while tho! Probably looking at tomorrow now I would think , or 3am most likely!

    Probably not what you want to hear, but with my first sprog, from being induced to delivery was nearly 36 hours!!!

    Good luck fella, try to enjoy it.
