Well Rutter said earlier in the year that the ZX-10R could have gone a whole load quicker but was let down by it's shyte std rear shock and it's wank OEM tyres. PB's long termer ZX10R was duly fitted with an Ohlins rear like yours Matt, a quick shifter and some decent rubber etc, they wazzed it round in the last session and it did a 53.94s which makes it the fastest bike they've tested this year. Michael Rutter also reckoned he could have gained another whole second a lap if the standard rear sets hadn't been left in their low 'Touring' position which is how the guy who runs it on the road has them. So there you have it guys Green is King! (For now) Little suprised at the position of the Beemer S Thou though, even an owd GSX-R had the beating of it! Never mind eh Jase n Scoobs!
I was actually reading this the other week when they tested the HP4, thought it a great write up and of course Rutter races a beemer. I laughed when i saw the "lol" after the s1000rr Would have been interesting to see how the R1 and standard Blade would have done......
will make it even better when I next race and spank any ZX10,s been on the slower bike And if I get spanked well there on a quicker bike "it's a win win
it's all down to the rider jay at our level,maybe you'll break the magic 1.50 at oulton one day,thats if the wife lets you ride again
