    Hi,

Fitted the exhaust I bought here recently..Leo Vince GP end can.

Its like chirping, almost like something is vibrating in the can.

I hear it only on idle.

Any thoughts? Is this normal for this exhaust?

With the baffle in it sounds fine..

I warmed the bike up thinking it may go away..on revving at standstill..without the baffle...and my years hurt! This think is bloody loud!

could be the inner drum lose, could be the fit isn't tight enough, could be the retaining springs are vibrating,or the rubber shroud around them has worn through,or not in the correct place.

When your running with the baffle out do you refit the screw. If not try refitting the retaining screw or fit a small nut and bolt in the same hole.. Had a similar noise on an akropovic system on my zx12 years ago and that was the cause! :)
