Has anyone got one fitted ?? and if so what have you got, whats peoples thoughts on them ?

After having my van stolen last year and not getting it back and also the insurance refusing to pay out its left a sour taste in my mouth.

Been looking at the ones that send you a text message with the coordinates of its location, if i had one of these tucked in my van I would have had a far better chance of getting it back..
Looking to buy one for the bike, the wifes car, my daughters car, my sons car and my van so could with them being not to expensive..

Look on ebay - they are all about 50 quid - just heading out but will post some links.

Been thinking the same and even working out where to hide it - air intake tube / fairing infill panels or similar is one idea.

Someone mentioned one that used gps, phone signals, the lot to give you a better chance of getting it even if the bike's in a van. Road Angel or something. Said Chaz Boorman used one and got a stolen bike back I seem to remember.

It was the Road Angel one he had. I've been looking at them as well though didn't consider ebay. If you have links, it would be much appreciated.

Been looking at a few on ebay but most of them it seems have to be charged at home, battery in a cradle etc and they last a certain amount of time.
Would ideally want one that is powered from the battery with very little drain.

Little more expensive than others but UK seller and like the idea of one account to monitor all vehicles - hard wired so 'fit and foreget' -

    ANother one - waterproof
GPS Vehicle Tracker MVT100 Waterproof Specially for motorcycle motorbike 12-24V | eBay

NEW!! Quan Band GPS GSM GPRS motorbike motorcycle tracker TLT-2F Waterproof | eBay

Good luck in deciding which one to go for!

Halfords also do one for about 180 quid

This poss. looks the best one, plus its got a picture of blade in the advert

Motorcycle GPS Real-Time Tracker - Anti-Theft / Quad Band GSM / Easy Install | eBay

Good luck in deciding which to go for
