Thanks guys, appears I have a lower intestinal infection/disease called diverticulitis and my hernia hasn't helped, am still in hospital and probably in for another day although they might release me tonight
Aw mate gutted (sorry) to hear that. Currently in almost the same club. Spent all last week in hospital for all the same reasons, turned out an infected gall bladder which spread into my liver which then decided to take a bit of personal time and hang me out to dry. Just coming to the end of my antibiotic cocktail now.
Well I have been allowed home, like ken I've got a cocktail of tablets to take and girlfriend is already planning my diet and none of it contains kfc, burger king or the like! Good job I've told her loomies only do salads

You too! Shit, the stuff my missus is telling me I'll be eating from now on just isn't worth living for. Take the bloody thing out quick so I can go back to batter, roasties, burgers, sausages and real food. I've prepaid to go to a huge barbecue tomorrow night and all I can eat or drink that they're serving is black coffee! In my book, fillet steak is fat free, else it wouldn't be fillet.
Oh and did they give you Metronidazole? You can't even go out in the sunlight on this bugger. I'm a ginga and even I balk at that. Plus, it turns your piss green and thick as Colgate...
