I managed to have a bit of an "off" and to cut a long story short I'm paying for the repairs and need some advice please.

There is no mechanical or structural damage so mainly cosmetic, but in effect I need:

whole rear fairing including seat cowl
    whole left hand side fairing
Upper cowl (where mirrors and windshield attach)
    complete tank fairing
    Two new mirrors
    Upper cowl stay
    Left hand foot peg

Honda parts are extortionate especially for what is in effect a bit of plastic (thousands of pounds to do with Honda parts) so probably looking at getting a set of "Chinese" fairings. I know some people on here have done so, some happy, some not so.

Does anyone have recommendations as to best website and specifically sellers names of the ones that they were happy with. (Have been pointed towards dhgate dot com already)

It's a 2018 SP so looking to keep the same red white and blue colours (although do like the SP2 colours with a bit of gold in them!!).

I've had a search around but can't seem to find any pattern part mirrors for the SC77 generation of Fireblade so think I'll have to go genuine Honda for those. Had a search on ebay for second hand too, but so far drawn a blank.

Any other suggestions or seller recommendations gratefully received.

Auctmart seems to get good reviews, think @SimonRR has used them. Apart from that just make sure they have been around a while and that the reviews on their kit is for fairings and not something else.

Hope you get it all sorted soon.

    Hi Will

Firstly, sorry to hear about your off. Hope you get well soon.

I can't help regarding the fairings, as I've never bought any off my cousins.

With regards to aftermarket mirrors, make sure you ask if they fold in (not sure if you're bother by this), because all of the aftermarket one's I've seen, don't fold in. They stay out. I always fold my mirrors when parked uup.

    Just my ten pence worth.

If you go for cheap fairings, I would recommend Auctmart too.
My current set are from them... the fit is not 100% but its very close... bit of ingenuity required to get everything together. They have lasted excellently for 6 years, until eventually the lower fairing succumbed to the heat from the exhaust and cracked.
I have a new set on order from Auctmart, due any day now!

I will add... there service has been great. Sent me pics of the finished fairings, asking if there was any extra decals I'd like before shipping. Then kept me up-to-date with shipping, which was no mean feat considering the dynamic nature of the covid lockdown (they were just about to ship airfrieght when the UK announced that airfreight from China was being suspended!)
