Anyone else think their customer service needs a bit of work? Every time I ring to try and part with some hard earned cash and buy something you get the impression that you are just inconveniencing them.
Haven't used them. I am a bit 'old school' when it comes to that. If the 'customer' is too much trouble, I just bail out and find/go somewhere else. The problem is though, when no one else has the product you're seeking!
