    Evening,

Now, what with the very hopeful and eagerly anticipated delivery of my bike and discovering that after 300 odd miles on the demo bike, the standard heel plates have taken a liking to the inside of my Daytona boots and started to chew them.

Can anyone recommend a decent set of aftermarket plates in black, carbon if I have to as I won't be looking to replace the rear sets for a while.

    Cheers.

Not worried about marking the plates is the plates marking the boots.

Plates are there to be used. If nothing touched them, what would be the point in them?!

I have carbon ones on mine , don't mark your boots at all and a polish with a smudge of WD40 hides the marks on the plates

I got GB Moto ones for around 30 quid

    Hi,

Anyone know who supplies LARGE right side heel guards?? My problem is that I grip with my feet so much that I am scuffing my swingarm where my inner heel of my right foot is. I guess I am gripping onto the swigarm with my foot!!!

I put a large ARAI sticker there yesterday, and after one trip to work today, the arai sticker is fcuked!!!

So can anyone point me in the right direction for a LARGE right side heel plate?!?!?!

As someone said above, I definitely feel the right side is WAY too small!!! I like those carbon heel plates/guards above but seems like all of them are the same size as OE, but I need something alot bigger for right side...

    Thanks!!

I have the same problem too. Mt swingarm gets all the wear from my boots. I also would like a bigger right hand side heel plate!!!!

Ive got the same problem on both sides, I touch the swing arm with my boots. Ive ended up with 2 patches of carbon vinyl on both sides of the swing arm, still looks ok.
