    I've been here myself.
An option for the front is to have the line made up as one into two, copying OEM.
The Honda clips are obviously made for the rubber OEM hoses and so too big for the Hell stuff.
I made up liners to mate the OEM clips to the much smaller Hell lines.
For the rear it's a similar problem and a similar solution.
If you can't be bothered then it's Pclips from wherever and fudge it to fit.

You can get anodised P-clips to match colour of the new hoses ;)

I'm looking for a set of these and I see they advertise over the fender or full race versions - what's the difference if any?

Over the fender copies the usual OEM layout where a single line from the master splits at a three way manifold attached to one side of the front fender. One line goes 'over the fender'.
Full race is two separate lines from the master direct to each calliper.
Due the extra parts involved and it being more tricky to get the line lengths dead right the 'full race' is pushed. The choice by OEM is purely economic as there's no difference in road use performance.

Agreed I've used both on this bike ... I can tell no difference.

These are over the mudguard as per OEM so easy to fit.

Bit of a stupid question I asked :(

I'll be getting a garage to fit them so does one look better than the other on the bike?

Bit of a matter of taste. Race bikes use twin lines so they're popular with those who like that look. However, you end up with cobbling bits to fit the lower bridge, swing arm and fender mounts, which on CBR fronts are designed for one into two.
But whatever you opt for the OEM clips will need liners making or use aftermarket Pclips.
I was surprised myself to discover the direct replacement braided systems weren't actually 'direct'.
