Hi, anyone had experience of these? Cheaper than Brembo and seem to get good press. will probably fit the 19mm plug to give best balance of brake performance. do I need to do anything else if I fit it? It does come with reservoir so I assume I can use standard one with it. I have braided lines and SBS sport pads in the standard callipers. I’ll do a brake fluid flush at the same time as fitting the new Hel M/C. anything I need to know about before I purchase?
I changed the complete front end on mine to hel, master, calipers and lines and was the best money I spent,no problem of any kind in 54 thousand miles, would highly recommend it
Mate had one on his 996 and the lever snapped off, ending up crashing, luckily not not going mega quick, bit made a mess of the bike which hel are paying to be repaired, personally I'd go with brembo, get what you pay for.
Any recommendations on the Brembo range for a 2008 blade? Seen this online: https://ukroadandrace.co.uk/collect...s/products/brembo-rcs19-brake-master-cylinder Its not that much more expensive - but its got foldable levers which i dont like.
I got one from hel as they did me a deal with all the extras as I’ve had pretty much had everything over the years
