Hi all I have a pair of held gloves and love them But the problem I have got is the liners come out as you remove you hands making it really hard to put them back on especially in the hot weather Is there something I can do to help the liner stay in?
Got the same type with the tan palm but generally for colder weather. Wonder if they're not designed for sweaty hands so much. If the lining has come adrift I don't suppose there'd be an easy solution, not like an alteration firm can do your leathers. Probably cost more than a new pair.
Instructions for my winter textile gloves is to pinch the fingertips and remove slowly. Depends if you can pinch the leather enough to hold the liner. How about some of those really thin base layer gloves.
In addition to the above.......if the liner is coming out then its obviously seen better days, id remove it all together.....so a thin liner glove will replace it and feel snug. Problem is you'll have two pairs of gloves to remove each time you stop off for a brew or whatever!! But if you love them that much it'll be worth the bother
How hot and bulky are 2 pairs of gloves going to be in the summer when the problem is him trying to squash his 6 Norfolk fingers into 5 holes
Well if you remove the liner and replace it with a liner glove, its kinda the same thing! As for the six fingers......thats probably what ruined the liner in the first place
Ask a sensible question and all I get is abuse I was just wondering if the liner suppose to be loose or stitched in @Boothman are you any good at stitching
