Having broken my leg last year, just got my bike finished and had my first official ride to work today.

Wanted to enjoy afew days, as they are breaking my leg as its gone bent and bones not bonded! – So a plate, rod + bone graft from the Hip! think i will be out for the rest of the winter..

Have to say I did not enjoy the 10 miles at all..so much traffic on the road, roadworks – roads have been narrowed! Allot of side road closed off! London is beginning to become a pain to live in.

Thanks to all that have helped with my questions, and sold me stuff good and bad. :)

Aiming to buy a new Repsol in April.

Recent updates to the bike: Think I just like to keep myself busy

    • Brand New Forks – found a bargain just to renew the looks
    • Leo Vince GP Can – running with baffle as its just too loud!
    • Repsol Wheels from 2015 - look awesome i think
    • Rear Sprocket +_ Speedo Healer
    • Front Braking Disks & Pads – found the breaking is allot better then Honda Disks and pads
    • HID Projectors – bought as a kit from a forum member (next time I would buy direct as I learnt how to install would work out allot cheaper.. lol http://www.ktmotorcycle.com/hid-projector-hp2-cbr108-for-honda-cbr1000rr-2008-2015.html
    • Power Bronz Screen with Repsol Sticker – think it finished the front nice (would be nice if it were little taller though)
    • Orange Repsol braided hoses – not yet fitted
Already have a PC, BMC air filter on the bike :)

    Whats left:
    • Brembo RCs19 Master Cylinder
    • Brake Reservior
    • R&G Fork Protentors
    • Rear foot peg

thanks guys - HID's are good. Just glad they passed the MOT as the spread pattern was good.

Not really been out at night yet - so will try this one evening.

Had a slow ride in, still need to get used to it i think and to build my confidence back up.

Also just remembered i had the sato hooks for the rear pegs - but cant be asked removing the rear end! Also thinking when the bike falls, its the pegs that stop the rear end from getting damaged...so thinking about this.
