Hi all, just saying hello. New blade being delivered tomorrow, can't wait to try oot these newfangled abs brakes. Anyone know the script with running a bike in? This is the first new bike I've bought so I'm not sure if it's really necessary or is it just the manufacturer doing a bit of cya.
Either way it's gonna be great, a fireblade and gods country ( Scotland) what a combo......

Hold back a bit until after your 600 service, the old in a new engine is designed to ware the engine in, so take it easy and change it at 600 miles then enjoy

Thanks for the welcomes and the advice guys. I was a bit worried I might have to do the driving miss daisy shift.
Hopefully first service by Monday then a few days in the highlands..
