    Took me ages to work out how to put the pics up mate :)
    Open a free PhotoBucket account, upload your pics to that account, hover over a pic with the mouse arrow an you'll see an IMG code, just copy an paste the IMG code into your post. You can always hit the preview button to see what your post looks like before goin live. Hope this helps :)
