Have bought a cheap chinese fairing for my RR7... the finish and colour scheme is spot on, and for the most part, the fit is pretty excellent too.
However, there are 2 areas that just don't work:
    1. under the headlights, where the side cowl, nose cone, and inner trim plastics all meet
    2. at the belly pan, where the side cowl, belly pan, and "chin" trim piece all meet

Anyone had similar problems fitting fairings, and can lend any advice?

Part of the problem for 2., is that the side cowls just dont curve inwards nearly enough as they run down to meet the belly pan. I can use brute force to bend them but the force involved is too much for the clips to hold.
Can the ABS plastic be "re-shaped" by heating?
