    Right I need to buy a few bolts. easy u say?? not

    I have the original fuel cap that looks like this

    But have bought the Harris fuel Quick release fuel cap from another member but it has a different shape bolts

    I will get the bolts say from Por bolt but need to know the size and length of the thread

    The OEM bolts are oddball as M4 but with a low profile M6 size head, Id call Harris and get some mate or order some M4 07 pitch countersunk bolts the length you need, I only have a Z1000 Harris cap here so can't measure them for you. Only three of them hold the cap in place but you know that...

    I rekon M4 30mm 07 pitch.

    only reason i did not want to phone them was that I did not buy this cap from them. was hoping someone would have the same cap and measure them for me

    Tried to post earlier and doesn't look like it worked

    Would the bolts be the same as my 05 ones? I can check mine if it helps
