guys I'm in need of help
2008 Blade, just been synching in a gear indicator and running it through the gears on a paddock stand, wouldn't synch so took a few goes and hence starting and stopping bike whilst reading instructions

    Now it won't start

Battery is ok, I can hear the fuel pump buzz, fuses under seat are good

It struggled the previous time and I thought I had flooded it so held the throttle open a bit and when it kicked in it rev'd to about 11,000 before I had time to release the throttle and now it won't start, just spins as if it's no fuel but it does

Any suggestions, was planning a ride tomorrow

    Help

also food for thought. i had a cbr600 steelie track bike. was non start one day after it had been running perfectly. the problem was that 1 spark plug had failed rendering it a non start not even attempting to fire on any of the other 3 cyls

    Full marks to Racman

What a wan£er I am. The gauge showed just 1.4 used, and I could see fuel in the tank, but I forgot how long I had it running over winter when doing the coolant change idling whilst bleeding it. I undid the tank and strapped it upright and tried it and it fired up.

Suppose it could have been worse, I could have been 3 mile down the road tomorrow morning

    What a to$$er
