Hi boys, can anybody tell me how I could adjust Throttle, handle grip I mean. Well, there is little gap between when the grip is twisted before power arrives. If it make sence. Look like my handle grip is little loose, I mean there is like 3mm when I twist before i get to the point where bike respond. Thenks

There is supposed to be a small amount of free play just like the clutch cable.

I think they do say 2mm this is too allow for lock to lock on steering I don't like any play so adjust it so minimum play turn bars lock to lock just to make sure ok

It's also to allow for any expansion/contraction in the cables as well.

If you adjusted the throttle for zero play when it's a warm day after a ride then the cables will be at max expansion.

There is then the possibility that coming back to your bike on a colder day that the contraction in the cable/ancilleries is enough to make the engine race a tadge, which on the Blade could be quite dangerous with that amount of power.
