I'm trying to fit a second hand set of Gilles rearsets. I'm wondering what's the best way to get the lower break cylinder adapter off? I need to fit the Gilles one and I don't want to feck anything up? Ta

It just unscrews but it is held by the nut above. Hold it with grips or a big spanner and then crack the nut above to loosen it. That bit will then unscrew off.
