    yea a nice dry sunny day would get mine out of the garage!

    No idea about the sausages.. sounds dodgy to me

    I can see the salt on the road, ain't going nowhere till March as the Blade is mint at the mo and only had it a few weeks.

    I think I might have been there once its about 45mins from mine, I'm more on the A1 side.

    Have you seen gritters out then? Haven't seen any myself and can't see salt on the roads around mine yet

    I'm by St Neots so about 20mins then. Have you tried that Royston road yet? A507 I think

    Baldock to Buntingford... yeah, I practically own it.

    Best road in Herts IMO, but always end up getting major bug splat.

    Need to find some new good roads next year ;)

    Kinbolton road is pretty popular and you have the great gidding road but that's a bit bumpy but has some tight hairpins and the b660/645 to Bedford. All link with each other and worth a try ;)

    Thanks Navvy, will be on top of the hit list for the new season. Not easy finding new good roads.

    I don't mind bumpy, its gravel on country roads that bugs me. Especially now I've lost ABS.
