36 YO IT geek just moved up to a mint 2006 silver Fireblade after a old steely cbr600, living in Cambridge. Still getting used t the bike but so far I am ever so impressed, the thing is everything I expected and more! This thing clings on to corners like I never imagined and inspires confidence, now I understand what all the reviews were talking about! Question for you veterans, do you want for another bike, or does the fb tick all the boxes?
Welcome to the forum, everything fireblade going on around here sure you'll soon get your answer Enjoy your time here.
Welcome dude I think in general everyone has a sly look on the other side inc me but I have to say the blade is perhaps the best looking bike out there and is a fantastic all rounda.
Welcome, if the blade starts to get boring just twist the throttle a bit more, you won't get bored again !
It ticked all my boxes for four years(which is the longest I have kept one bike) I moved away to another brand but came back again with a newer model.
welcome to the forum matey! I would love another bike, but only so I could stop riding the blade in the slush, snow and ice. Its no fun and it ruins it
^^ This. Nothing can top the Fireblade for me, my dream bike and has been ever since I first saw an 08+
Welcome, shipmate. The only other bike that could top mine might be the rc8r or maybe an r1. S1000rr, zx10r, rsv4 etc hold no attraction for me!
Welcome to the forum the fireblade for me is a great bike and ticks all but one box so if I had the money I would have ktm 950 sm in my garage as well as my fireblade
I was going to say we've got a thread going on here showing pictures of hills. So if you fancy contributing... Wait a minute. Just seen where you're from. A hill. A hill is... Oh, forget it.
Welcome to the forum fella, hmmm another bike, I'd like a 2003, 954 blade in blue & silver to go with the RR6 in the garage.
Welcome , local kid ;-) well nearly I'm in Milton Keynes drop me a message or post wen ur out and about , we meet for a ride.......... Enjoy the forum
Welcome to the forum. Only had my blade for just over 2 years but every time I get on it I get the same buzz I had the first time I rode the bike. Plus it will tour 2k in 6 days in comfort. I know this. Great on track Just one tip: before any mods. GET THE SUSPENSION SET UP. don't do what I did and leave it 2 years.
