I've an 04 and it's a great bike, far more capable than I am. One thing you might want to be aware of is the 04/05 stator and flywheel combination on these years is a real weak point and honda did a recall. They won't honour the recall anymore as the bikes too old so maybe yours has had it. If not then it might be worth negotiating the price of this fix into the price of the bike if you've yet to pick it up. My stator has burned up three times in 13,000 miles and I replaced the stator/flywheel this summer for the honda OEM updated parts. They're not cheap at around £340.00 plus fitting.
