    Just saying hi. Picked up my 2005 Blade this morning. Had a RRV for a few years but traded in for R1. Got tired of that so came back to the Blade. Just spent all day and the worlds supply of Gunk and WD40 getting it reasonably clean. Need to get the polish out now:D

    Thanks guys for the welcome.You're maybe like me when you get a new bike, you've got to strip it, find its wee faults, clean it to your own standard and then get out on it. Although forecast tomorrow not too good:frusty:

    Welcome bud. Your not wrong with that rain, it peed down all day yesterday and today's no blooming better! On a better note I bought a New lid yesterday x spirit 2 tomizowa limited edition, there's only 250 of them in the uk! Well chuffed was going to wait till the nec but got a good deal so pulled the pin ha.

    You've got to treat yourself now and again mate. Got up early to start polishing but still pouring down, still, also means I've an excuse for not cutting the grass!

    Here she is after a bit cleaning. Please be kind. Pretty bog standard Work to do, Yoshi exhaust, Power Commander, hel hoses etc etc. All I've done is stuck a screen on

    Nice Bike and is crying out for a few simple mods (1) Seat cowl (2) Tail Tidy) (3) Short Levers (4) Small indicators (5) White Wheel Strips (6) Rear pegs off. All cheap on ebay and will give you more of a buzz then a power commander (For now)
