Mike "spike" Edwards has started to compile a few hints and tips vids for trackday riders,theres some very very usefull stuff on there. might be an idea if someone could sticky this? also,if you don't know who he is,Mike does 1-2-1 coching on trck,I've used him a few times and certainly knows how to improve your riding,for me,it's some of the best money you can spend if you want to improve heres a link to 1 of his vids,but look at his page and theres a few more,with more being added all the time.
