HJC R-PHA 11 Chakri - Red / White / Blue

Got it price matched to an eBay seller....and I bought one!

 

My fave helmet. I've got too many at the moment so have to restrain myself. Did see one on ebay for £151 but it's XS. Even I can't pull my head in THAT much!!

 

Got my hjc rpha 11 darter off Wheels motorcycles on ebay £249
Only worn it once ,so far very impressed, the first thing I noticed was how light it is .Got a dark visor for it two weeks ago , it did come with a clear and smoke

what are these like for sizing , ive got a aria chaser x in large but with these being a different shape just wondered if it would be the same size .

 

HJC large is the same as AGV (K3) extra large - if that's any help. I haven't had Arai for a while.

 

yer , my aria is a large at 59cm , theys nothing wrong with my aria its in mint condition but I had seen one of these on ebay for £272 at hgb motorcycles and it incs a dark and clear visor , so its always nice to have a spare , lol

 

I have a couple of Arai RX-7V in XL size and also HJC RPHA 11 in size XL.

The HJC in XL is a very tight fit even after a few months of use.

Next time I would order a size larger and wear it for a good hour (watching TV) without taking all the stickers off it - just to see if would be okay or whether to return it.

 

ive just checked the shop and they only have large also sportsbike is the same no xl , oh well . thanks .

 

Incase you find one mate I wear a med Arai rx7-v and my hjc is the same size.

 

oh stuff it I will order 1 in large if it doesn't fit I will send it back .

 

Long been a fan of HJC, I now have a 3rd to add to my collection of HJC RPHA models, the latest is an RPHA 11 Kylo Ren Star Wars edition XL. The other two being RPHA 10's. Paid £279 for this last month from Helmet City. Bargain considering they're still fetching 300-500 quid!

 

Not sure if your HJC is the RPHA 11 ?

I would agree with the "Comfort and Sizing" comment attached - I am one of those that found the HJC RPHA 11 size (XL) to be a tighter fit than both my Arais in XL - to the point where I am not sure it is all day comfortable like the Arai size XL

 

yes I had seen this , the new 11 is a more narrower fit than the older hjc helmets . so they said to go a size up on the hjc.

 

Or you could donate it to an ageing pensioner in West Midlands.

I would agree that the Rpha 11 is slightly smaller than my Rpha 10's. Only very slightly though, I only really noticed when I come to take it off.....dam near ripped my lugholes off!!!

I've not worn it yet only tried it on, it'll probably bed in over time!
