Anyone here using an HJC RPHA-10?

I’ve had one now for a few months (to replace my old HJC IS-16) but I’m still not too happy with it.

Found it uncomfortable to begin with and although it’s feeling a bit better now it’s still not a comfy as my old lid.

Biggest issue I’m having is with wind noise, especially at high speed.

I do wear ear plugs all the time but it’s still really annoying

Anyone else had any issues with their’s?

best helmet i have ever owned. instantly comfortable, love the shape. yeah its a little wind noisy but not terrible. the only thing i would say is its shallow in the face but nothing to write home about.
i previously had shoei xr1100 tommy hill rep & a rossi agv rep not sure name but cost £400 so it was a decent one i personally think the hjc is miles better!

I have the Ben Spies 10 and the Lorenzo 10 plus. The B'S is lighter but they're both quality lids.

Dont say any bad reviews about it as i recently bought one lol. Great price and quality comparing the ones out there. I was thinking of an RX7-GP but the prices were sky high. Fingers crossed it will work out well as the reviews were quite good!
    Thumbs up for me!!

The HJC is more track focussed and many say not as quiet as Arai or Shoei, but it's often less than half the price. I too wear ear plugs on the road, but have you got the chin insert fitted?

I do have the chin insert fitted..... I had read a lot of reviews before buying it and they were all positive.... was a good price and I like it well enough.... just a shame about the noise.... Lorenzo must have better ear plugs than me

Chin pad doesnt work for me as it is difficult to get my head in and out. Maybe it has a straight edge and not curved? Minimal, so i dont care.
