Hm dash gear indicator 08 blade

    Hi all tried setting this last year at almeria struggled like hell to manually set the gear indicator followed all the instructions hm supplied I get to the end of the gears revving around 4k revs then hitting select after each gear gets to the end of the cycle it just returns bk to select gear 1 no gears saved really doing my nut in i got told to unplug dash to re set it then try again any help ? Phil

    Still no joy Phil ?
    Do you still have all factory loom in tact ? not sure if that is the issue......just a thought though ??

    Ps have you fitted the Samsung fairings yet ??............

    How are you trying to calibrate it? Paddock stand? You say around 4k it does need to be steady as.

    Hi rob yeah standard loom yep Arthur me and repsol rob tried it in sunny Spain on a paddock stand when u say steady revs how steady no rob not fitted yet just been busy mate u good

    make sure the speed setting is on stock and not GPS. A mate of mine had the same problem after I changed it to stock it worked first time

    Like arther says it needs to be a steady rpm,I tried at 4k and did not register try about 51/2 k it worked fine for me last week on the dyno.you need a couple of people to set and hold throttle on pad stand be carefully tho .
