Whilst having my Ohlins set up this morning and was looking at a 1000rr with a HM dash they had just fitted. http://www.hmquickshifter.com/products/product.php?id=42 I had a play around with it and it's one sexy piece of kit! Anyone got one?
Mmmmmm...... I have one on order, but not that one, like it but better....touch screen.....and GPS data logging... weeks away.
They are the dogs danglies, dunno if I'd buy one though as my mates been through about 4 as every single one of them has failed! He's just been given the one art's on about I think !
ive not heard of many failing, but then again a loom with military connectors etc is less prone to failure and/or overloading the dash than a road loom.
No not heard of any problems maybe if your mate Benn has had so many fail something else is the problem? If your looking to spend 500-600 on a dash then the HM is a good one, if your looking to spend around 850 then a new dash is on its way. Benn your mate may well have the new dash as its out with a limited few on test and once feedback and bugs are fixed it will be all go for production...
