As per title, hm plus ss. Sometimes will shift, sometimes won't. Never happens mid ride, some times I turn bike on and it'll work, when working it's perfect! Shifts are super smooth, sensitivity is spot on.. But others time I start the bike and won't cut in at all. I used the main earth on the side of the frame (04 blade, r/h side) that the main loom earth's on to . Shift rod is straight, doesn't catch on anything and moves freely. Any ideas where to start on this?
I would have said its probably the earth but if you've checked and is ok it must be something else! I'd do a double check just in case How long has it been fitted? Good luck in getting it sorted
I'm pretty sure there was an issue with the ss on the 04/05, I think the only one that works on this model was the plus Could be wrong though just worth checking
Well it's Well it's earthed same place as the bikes main loom earth's too, was a clean contact area when I put it on. I'll go and RE check that though. Been on the bike just over a week, been like this for about 3/4 days now
