    Hi all,

Might be a long shot but was wondering if anyone can help or point me in the right direction.

I’ve recently installed a HM Quickshifter Plus and noticed the LCD gets hot and hotter when the bike is running. I’ve added an extension wire for the grounding as it was too short to reach to the main. The LCD is also positioned near the battery and I know heat isn’t emitting from it. My mate has the same installed and has never experience this and thought I’d ask here before contacting HM. Any advice would be helpful, thank you.

I would make sure the added ground wire is of a sufficient gauge first then make sure it is properly connected. Other than that, I've no idea.

Thanks for the reply. I haven’t had any luck with it, nor can I find much information online or through HM. It’s possibly a fault with the LCD by the looks of it.
